Tracking Your Results
Upon completion, we provide you with a Transaction Control Number (TCN). You can use this unique ID to track the status of your submission through the FDLE Civil Workflow Control System. Please note that while we transmit the prints, the actual background check results are sent directly to your requesting agency.
Tracking Your Results
If you require physical fingerprint cards for out-of-state licensing or federal requirements, we can scan your prints through our digital system and print them directly onto FBI FD-258 Hard Cards.
